The essence of this project lies not only in the design of two houses sharing the same plot but also in the pursuit of a solid and independent fusion between them. The goal is to achieve the perception of a single unit from a volumetric perspective while inside, the two houses coexist and intertwine harmoniously.

Both units share an identical architectural program, with the center of each house highlighted as the focal space that encloses the pool. The central patio is surrounded by various spaces on the ground floor and by some windows from the upper levels, creating a sense of proximity to the ground floor and intimacy towards the upper levels. The project aims for spatial quality to be simultaneously intimate, functional, fluid, and aesthetic.
