It depicts the spirit of inclusion, solidarity, cooperation, and peace that embraced one million refugees, and provides an open place to relate to the Busan sea as a hub connecting the past, present, and future.

This hub pavilion accommodates the largest number of tourists and is connected in all directions, allowing them to rest anywhere, maximizing the possibility of spatial sharing through a variety of outdoor spaces and programs that promote creative exchange. It also provides insufficient open space in the city and becomes a catalyst to induce the activation of the expo.
